Ingredients
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (14.5-ounce) can beef broth
1 (28-ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1//2 teaspoon salt
12-16 frozen Johnsonville Italian meatballs
1 (9-ounce) package refrigerated tortellini
2 leaves handfuls baby spinach
1/3 cup heavy cream optional
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
