Kung Pao Cauliflower

This kung pao cauliflower recipe is roasted on one sheet pan and covered in a delicious sauce! Serve alongside jasmine rice for the best dinner ever.

1 handful Chiles de arbol
2 Garlic cloves
2 tsp Ginger
4 Green onions
1/3 cup Peanuts
2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
2 tbsp Soy sauce, low-sodium
