This one pot lasagna features everything you love about lasagna without the grains or dairy! It's the perfect one pot meal for a busy weeknight that the whole family will love. It's paleo, whole30, AIP, and keto friendly.

Ingredients

1 lb Ground beef

1 tbsp Basil, fresh
3 cloves Garlic
1 cup Mushrooms
2 tsp Oregano, dried
1 tbsp Parsley, fresh
1 cup Spinach
1 White onion
2 Zucchinis, large
Condiments
1 cup Marinara sauce
Baking & Spices
2 tbsp Avocado oil
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Salt
Other
Optional- 10-15 Sliced grape tomatoes (omit for AIP)
