Greek Layered Hummus Dip

Great for entertaining! Enjoy this easy dip with a terrific combination of flavors and textures. Serve with hearty chips, pita wedges, cucumber slices or your favorite vegetables

1/2 cup 1/4-inch english cucumber
1 Carrots
1 Celery
1 Cucumber, slices
1 tbsp Parsley, fresh leaves
1/4 cup Red onion
1 17-ounce container Hummus, prepared
1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
Baking & Spices
1/2 tsp Black pepper, fresh ground
1/4 cup Red peppers, roasted
1/4 tsp Salt
Oils & Vinegars
1 tbsp Olive oil
Nuts & Seeds
2 tbsp Pine nuts, toasted
Bread & Baked Goods
1 Pita bread
1 Crackers
1 oz Feta cheese
1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt, plain
1 Use as a spread on sandwiches
